Requirement
Job Description
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in network, infrastructure, or IT security operations.
- Good understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and security best practices.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and administration.
- Manage, maintain, and monitor network, server, and IT infrastucture performance to ensure stable and secure operations.
- Operate and maintain IT Security controls, endpoint protection, security solutions, and access management systems.
- Monitor infrastructure and security incidents, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Conduct vulnerability assesments, security reviews, and preventive measure to protect company information assets.
- Handle user feedback and operational issues related to network, infrastructure, and security services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and security guidelines.
- Conduct security awareness activities and promote information security best practices across the company.
